A new intelligent Board at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis

A new intelligent Board at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis Today, we celebrate the acquisition of a new smart Board for our training classroom at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis, in order to set up a reliable and highly efficient environment for Omics data stewardship. The IT team animated a workshop that helped various collaborators manage and use this effective machine. This tool will be very useful in the smooth running of training, workshops, and meetings. It will allow mentors to […]

Contribution of PHINDaccess to « An Integrative Computational Approach for the Prediction of Human- Plasmodium Protein- Protein Interactions »

In silico comparative study of SARS‑CoV‑2 proteins and antigenic proteins in BCG, OPV, MMR, and other vaccines: evidence of a possible putative protective effect Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a viral pandemic disease that may induce severe pneumonia in humans. The variation in the number of deaths and infections among countries can be explained by different factors, such as health infrastructure, mitigation strategies, and also cultural behavior.  The immunological background of the population, mainly due to the vaccination strategies used […]

Contribution of PHINDaccess to « An Integrative Computational Approach for the Prediction of Human- Plasmodium Protein- Protein Interactions »

An Integrative Computational Approach for the Prediction of Human- Plasmodium Protein-Protein Interactions The hot pathogen interaction is a complicated phenomenon. This phenomenon involves the intervention of several macromolecules at the cellular level. A minimalist approach that offers a limited perspective to understand the molecular basis of the pathophysiological mechanisms of infection. The accumulation of OMICS data concerning this aspect has made it possible to analyze by holistic approaches, the pathogenic host interaction for parasitic infections. In the frame of the […]
