PHINDaccess retreat to prepare the last phase of the project

To prepare the last phase of the project (September 2022), the PHINDaccess team organized a retreat with all the people from the Institut Pasteur de Tunis involved in the project implementation (WP and task leaders).

The objective was to have a clear idea on the advancement of the different tasks, to prepare the events to be organized, and finally, to increase the synergy between the Work Packages.

This retreat gave also the opportunity to the team to strengthen the interactions within the institution and to prepare guidelines for a better collaboration inside IPT.
