COURSE DESCRIPTION
Comparative genomics is a field of biological research in which a variety of tools are used to compare genome sequences of different species. 
In this course, we will provide theoretical sessions covering a critical review of dedicated methods and tools for comparative genomics as well as existing algorithms for sequence comparison; and practical sessions to show how these methods can be used in biological data using popular softwares.
