The PHINDaccess project organizes its second hackathon entitled “The study of the genetic susceptibility to COVID19 and SARS-CoV-2 human host pathogen interactions”, on October 28th-29th, 2021 at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis.
This hackathon is a follow up of the first hackathon organized in September 1st-9th, 2020, and consists of the analysis of OMICs data available in public databases for the SARS-CoV-2 viral genome as well as the human host in order to study the genetic susceptibility to the disease in the Tunisian population and investigate the host-pathogen interactions.
This hackathon is organized in collaboration with TriOMICS-CoV, a project funded by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This hackathon is restricted to the young researchers previously selected from IPT's research labs and who have participated in the 1st hackathon.
