PHINDaccess project organizes, within WP6 and Task 6.3 activities, a workshop titled “Enhancing Fundraising and Grants Management capacities”, which will be held from June 30th to July 1st, 2022.
This workshop aims to present the project achievements in terms of grant offices' capacity building for the improvement of fundraising and project management activities. In addition, a specific coaching session will be dedicated to international funding instruments in Horizon Europe and NIH programs.
The event will take place as follows:
Day 1
How to properly develop incentive actions? Which tools help researchers to find the best funding opportunity (calendars, scientific mapping, etc)? How to provide the best support to researchers (templates, tools, training?) How to adapt the organization of a Grants Office? Which tools to follow up the grants (from the submission phase to management when funded)? How to manage a grant as a coordinator? The role of the project manager Which key performance indicators (KPIs) are the most useful?(round table)
Day 2
How to properly analyze the objectives of these calls for proposals and the expectations of the funder? How to find partners depending on the call (industries, hospitals, associations, etc)? Are brokerage events useful? How to write a grant? What are the best practices and tips to be shared with the researchers? How to train the researchers? How to support researchers to be successful in ERC/NIH? with PIs from IPT.
